Colourbox has installed an outdoor solvent printer suitable for printing a variety of outdoor applications.

^{Vinyl Banners}

Colourbox prints onto a heavy duty 660gsm vinyl banner suitable for outdoor or indoor applications up to 1600mm wide.  These banners are particularly suitable for property signage for developers or retailers requiring a robust construction that handle severe weather conditions.  The banners can be stitched, hemmed, and have eyelets or ropes sewn in as the application requires.  There is a double sided option as well.

^{Self Adhesive Signage}

With our solvent printer Colourbox is able to print directly onto self adhesive vinyl suitable for either short term or long term signage or even vehicle graphics.  Colourbox always uses 3M or equivalent quality vinyls.  In this range there is a budget option 20 series vinyl suitable for indoor or short term outdoor applications.  Our 40 series vinyl is suitable for long term outdoor applications and the 3M 180 series vinyl is a cast vinyl suitable for printing vehicle graphics requiring application around curves or for a very easy to apply vinyl for signwriters.  Both laminating of the prints and mounting onto specified boards can all be done inhouse at Colourbox.
Other self adhesive applications include backlit for lightboxes, clear self adhesive for see-through or inside window applications and clear focus for vehicle windscreen or retail window applications.

With the introduction of dye-sublimation printing at Colourbox we can now offer outdoor flag solutions for car dealers, retailers, exhibition, street, park, mountain or event signage.  We can talk to you about a number of display solutions to go with the flags and for larger volume we can offer a very cost effective but good quality printing service using our partner printers in China.
